Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop it all into a blender alongside the condensed milk, heavy cream, and lime juice.
Blend the mixture on high speed until completely smooth. In a high-speed blender like Vitamix, that’s about 45 seconds. In a regular blender or food processor, it might take a bit longer (2-3 minutes).
Transfer the mixture into 4 serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

Note: This dessert is on the sweeter side (due to the condensed milk) so it's great for everyone with a sweet tooth. But, for a less sweet (and slightly smaller) version, use the following ratios: 1 avocado with 2 tablespoons of lime juice with half a can of condensed milk (7 oz or 200 grams) and 1 cup of heavy cream (240 ml).
