Add the cream, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl, and use your electric hand whisk to whip the cream into a lusciously thick yet fluffy consistency (soft peaks), as shown below.
Add your cloudberry jam to the mixture, and use a spatula to gently fold the jam into the thick, fluffy cream until everything is mixed.
You are now ready to serve! Divide up the Multekrem, and serve each portion in a bowl or tall glass. You can garnish it with various fruits, and a dollop of cloudberry jam on top is a common way to enjoy Multekrem. We have opted for a sprig of mint, to add a wonderfully fresh aroma and a dash of glorious green color to the dish.
